Vrc Sweets & Restaurant

Vrc Sweets & Restaurant is located inside the Vrc Club premises in Bisara. We are quite close to the shopping center there in Noida. Working here means we get a mix of club members and people just passing through the neighborhood. The sweet shop part of the business keeps us very busy in the mornings. We have big pots of milk boiling for the sweets and the smell of cardamom stays in the air all day. It is a lot of work to get the consistency of the syrups right. In the restaurant, we serve regular meals to people who do not want to cook at home. The kitchen can get a bit loud with the clatter of plates and the exhaust fans running. We are not a high-end place with fancy decorations. It is just a basic setup with tables and chairs where you can get a decent meal or a box of sweets. Being near the shopping center in Bisara means there is always some movement outside. We have our regular customers who come in for their evening tea and snacks. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting around for orders, which makes the front area feel a bit crowded. We just try to keep the place tidy and the food fresh. It is a simple life of managing the stock and making sure the kitchen staff has what they need for the day. There is always a lot of washing up to do at the end of the night.
