Our office is located at J-18A in Sector 18. It’s a busy area, as anyone who knows this part of town can tell you. Villa Realtors Pvt Ltd is just a small part of the activity here. We’re tucked into a building that has a lot of other small businesses too. You can always hear doors opening and closing and people talking in the hallways. Our space at J-18A is pretty simple. We have a few desks, a computer that’s a bit slow, and a lot of folders. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily grind of the local market. Sector 18 is great because everything you need is right there, but the parking can be a real headache. We usually walk if we’re going anywhere nearby. The office gets a lot of natural light in the morning, which is nice. We aren't really into fancy office furniture or anything like that. We just need a place to sit and talk. We’ve been here long enough that the postman doesn’t even look at the address anymore. He just knows where J-18A is. It’s a grounded sort of place to work. We don’t put on any acts. We’re just here from morning until evening, trying to keep everything organized. It’s a lot of phone calls and a lot of writing things down in ledgers. That is just how our days go in Sector 18.
