VIDHRA REALTECH PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office for Vidhra Realtech Private Limited is up on the 3rd floor. We are in unit OT-14 at Next Door Parklands in Sector-76. It is a handy location if you are already in the Parklands area. We are a realtech company, but we don't act like a big tech firm from a movie. We are just a group of people working in a room with some desks and power strips. The elevator can be a bit slow sometimes, so we often just take the stairs. Sector-76 is a busy part of town. There is always something happening outside. We spend our days looking at property tech and trying to make things work better for people. It is a lot of trial and error. We aren't perfect, but we try hard. Our space is functional. We have a tea kettle that gets a lot of use. We don't have a big HR department or fancy logos on every wall. We just have our name on the door. People come by to talk about real estate and technology. We listen and give our take on things. The third floor at Next Door Parklands gives us a bit of a view, though it is mostly just other buildings and the street below. Sector-76 is really developing fast. We moved into OT-14 because it felt like the right size for a team like ours. We don't have any fancy art on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few notes taped up here and there. We just want to provide a service that makes sense. We stay late most nights making sure the data is right.
