U & M Restaurant & Catters

We run this restaurant and catering business out of Shop No 104 in Noida, specifically in Phase-II. It’s an industrial and commercial zone, so there are a lot of workers and offices around us. We’ve been here for a while, starting out small and just keeping at it. The shop isn’t huge, but we make the most of the space we have. Besides serving food here, we also do catering for local events and offices in the area. It keeps us very busy, especially during the wedding season or when there are big corporate lunches. We don't have a fancy marketing team or a polished brand image. It’s just us, working in the kitchen and making sure the food gets to where it needs to go. We use simple ingredients and cook things the way we know how. The Phase-II area of Noida is quite dusty and loud with all the factories, but it’s where the work is. We see a lot of regular faces every day, people who work in the nearby units and stop in for a quick meal. We try to be fast because we know people are on their lunch breaks. It’s a no-nonsense operation. We just focus on the cooking and the cleaning. If you need food for an event or just a meal, we’re in shop 104. We don't have a website with professional photos. What you see when you walk in is exactly what you get. We're just trying to make a living and keep it simple.
