Tussar Tools

C 208 Sector 10 is where you'll find Tussar Tools. It’s a solid building, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we do. We’ve got shelves stacked high with all sorts of things people need for their own shops. It gets a bit dusty in the summer when the wind blows through the sector, so we spend a lot of time wiping things down. Running a tool shop means you meet a lot of different people. Some know exactly what they want, others just bring in a broken part and ask if we have something that fits. We spend a lot of our time looking through catalogs or checking the back room for specific sizes. It can get a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives and we have to move boxes around. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is usually the highlight when things are slow. Sector 10 is a good area, plenty of other businesses around so there is always someone passing by. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone just tells a friend to come over to C 208 if they need a specific wrench or a drill bit. It’s a simple way to run things, but it has worked for us so far. We just keep the door open and see who comes in. There's always something to organize or a shelf that needs fixing, so we stay on our feet.
