Tuike Realty Private Limited is located over in Sector 63, which is one of the more industrial and commercial parts of Noida. We are in A Block, specifically at A-130. If you’ve ever driven through Sector 63, you know it’s always humming with activity, lots of trucks and people moving around. Our office is right in the middle of all that. We mostly deal with the real estate side of things in this part of Gautam Buddha Nagar. It’s not a fancy job, mostly just tracking which spaces are available and talking to people who want to move their business or family into the area. The building we are in is pretty standard for Noida—sturdy and functional. We don’t spend much on decorating because we’re usually out on the street or at a project site anyway. Dealing with property in Uttar Pradesh requires a lot of patience, especially with all the forms and registrations. We just take it one day at a time. The team here is small, and we’ve all lived around here long enough to know the shortcuts and which sectors are getting better or worse. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream, just trying to find a practical solution for whatever property problem they’ve got. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we always manage to get the work done eventually.
