The Patiala Kkitchen

We are based in Sector 18 at Dharam Palace Mall. It's easy to find us in the K 1 Block. We have been here for a while now. Noida is a busy place but the mall is a nice spot to sit and eat. People coming from the offices nearby or just shopping stop by. We keep things pretty simple here at The Patiala Kkitchen. It is mostly about getting the food ready and making sure everyone has a place to sit. The kitchen gets busy around lunchtime. We don't have a big fancy setup, just a regular place in the mall. If you are walking around Sector 18, you will see us. The K 1 Block is always full of people, especially on weekends. We have to keep up with the pace. It is not like a fancy standalone restaurant where everything is quiet. Here, you have the mall music and the sound of people walking past our door. We just focus on our own tasks. The address is 201301 if you need it for the GPS. We are just local people running this kitchen. Nothing more to it really. We just show up every day, open the shutters, and get to work. It’s a good spot to be for us. We've gotten used to the rhythm of Sector 18. Sometimes we run out of things or a machine breaks, but that's just life in a small business. We deal with it and move on to the next day.
