The Great Kebab Factory (Restaurant)

We opened up The Great Kebab Factory over here in Sector-18 at Ansal'S Fortune Arcade K-Block quite some time ago. It's a busy spot in Noida and we've been working the grills every day since we started. Most people know us for the different kinds of kebabs we put out. It's not a complicated setup. We just focus on getting the coal hot and making sure the meat is marinated right. Sometimes the kitchen gets really loud when the lunch rush hits, but we manage. You’ll find us right in the arcade. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the block over the years, new shops opening and others closing down, but we’re still here doing our thing. The staff has been with us for a while, so they know how things work. We don't really do fancy menus or change things up too much because people usually come back for the same items they liked last time. It’s just a regular restaurant where you can sit down and eat. We try to keep the tables clean and the food coming out hot. It isn't always perfect, maybe a waiter forgets a napkin now and then, but we fix it. If you are walking around Sector-18 and looking for a place to eat, we are right there in the K-Block. There is a lot of traffic outside usually, but inside it's just about the food and the charcoal smell from the back, and we like it that way.
