Tandoor the chicken point

Tandoor the chicken point is over at Shop no 5 in Jagat faram, Gamma 1-Greater Noida. We are pretty close to the PNB ATM, which makes us easy to find if you're looking for a quick bite. Noida is a big place, but our little corner is quiet enough most days. We specialize in chicken, mostly stuff from the tandoor. It’s a small shop, so there isn't much room for sitting around. Most of our customers just grab their food and head home. We start the fire in the afternoon to be ready for the evening rush. It’s a lot of repetitive work, cutting the meat and getting the skewers ready. The owner is usually around, helping out with the orders. We don't have a fancy uniforms or anything. Just plain clothes and aprons. The menu is small because we want to keep things manageable. We don't like wasting food. Sometimes the traffic in Gamma 1 makes it hard for people to park, but they still come. We’ve had some issues with the electricity lately, but the tandoor doesn't need power, so we keep cooking anyway. It’s a basic life here. We just want to sell enough chicken to keep the lights on and come back tomorrow. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours. We keep serving until the stock for the day runs out completely.
