Tadka And Grill

We are located in Haji Pur Village, over in Sector 104 of Noida. If you are heading towards Pathway School, we are pretty much right near there. It’s a bit of a growing area and we have been part of it for a bit. The shop isn't hard to find if you know the school landmark. We do the tadka and grill style of cooking, so the kitchen usually smells like roasted spices and smoke. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us handling the orders and the grill. We don't have a corporate office or anything, we just work out of the shop. People from the village and the nearby apartments stop by quite often. It gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is out for a walk or coming back from work. We try to keep things simple and honest. The seating isn't anything special, just enough for people to sit and eat their food while it's hot. Sometimes the weather makes it a bit dusty outside, but we keep the inside as clean as possible. We focus on the daily tasks like prepping the vegetables and getting the fire started. It’s just a local eatery doing its thing in Sector 104. We appreciate the people who keep coming back after they first found us by accident. It is hard work but we are here every day anyway.
