We are Swayam Sampatti Estate Llp, and you can find us over at Logix City Centre in Sector 32. Our office is in Unit no. 1007. It’s a busy building, but we like the energy there. We deal with real estate in and around the city. It’s not just about selling buildings for us; it’s more about helping people find a place that fits what they need. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out looking at different properties to see what the condition is like. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork and different rules in each sector, so we try to handle that part as clearly as we can. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just reliable. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and files everywhere, which is just how it goes when you’re busy. We’ve seen the city change quite a bit over the last few years. New buildings are going up all the time. If you’re around the mall, you can just head up to the tenth floor. We usually have tea going and someone is always around to talk about what’s happening in the local market. It’s a straightforward business and we try to treat every person who walks in with the same level of respect. No fancy speeches here, just regular people helping out with property searches and sales.
