Swagat The Taste of India

Swagat The Taste of India is located in Shopprix Mall in Sector 61, Noida. We have shops 101 and 102. Being in a mall is a bit different than being on a street corner. There’s always the hum of the air conditioning and the sound of people walking past the glass. Sector 61 is a busy part of Noida, and the 201307 area draws in a lot of people on the weekends. We’ve been here since the mall was a big deal. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time in the back getting things ready before the doors open. It’s a lot of manual work, despite being in a modern mall. We aren't some big corporate franchise. It's just us trying to run a decent place. The mall has its own rules, but inside our shop, it's just the way we like it. We have some regulars who come in every time they shop here. Others just stumble in because they’re hungry after walking around. We don't use big words or try to act like we're a five-star hotel. We’re just a restaurant in a mall. Some days are slow, especially on weekday afternoons, and we just sit and watch the shoppers go by. Then it gets hectic in the evenings. We just take it as it comes. It's a steady life in Sector 61. We don’t have any grand plans, just keeping the kitchen running every single day.
