Our office is up on the 6th floor of Romano Tower in Mahagun Moderne, right here in Sector-78, Noida. Sushashan Facility Services Private Limited is a small team working to keep local properties in good shape. Being located inside a residential complex like Mahagun Moderne gives us a pretty good perspective on what people actually need from facility management. We aren't some distant company; we're right here in the middle of it. Our daily routine involves checking on maintenance schedules and making sure the staff on-site are doing what they need to do. It’s not always easy, especially when things break down unexpectedly, but we handle it. We deal with Gautam Buddha Nagar and the surrounding Noida areas mostly. The work is mostly about the small details that keep a building functional. We focus on being practical. There’s a lot of paperwork sometimes, but we prefer being out where the work is happening. It can get pretty busy around here, but we've got a rhythm down now. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the places we look after are clean and safe for everyone. It’s honest work, and we take it one day at a time. The 645 office is where we do our planning, but you’ll mostly find us out at the different sites we manage around Noida. We try to be available whenever someone calls with an issue. It’s just how we operate.
