Our office for Osgan Realty Services Pvt Ltd is located in Sector 18 at Gautam Budh Nagar. We are based in the Chokhani Square building, room 309-P-4. It is a pretty central spot if you are doing business in this part of town. The office itself is not very large, but it is where we do all our planning and paperwork for the realty services we provide. We usually get in early to beat some of the traffic in Sector 18, which can get quite heavy. Inside the office, it’s just a normal workspace with computers and shelves full of documents. We spend a lot of time on calls with people looking for commercial spaces or residential plots nearby. Chokhani Square is a well-known spot, so it is easy to give directions to people coming to visit us. We aren't really into the flashy side of real estate. We just focus on the details of the contracts and making sure we have the right information for our clients. It can be a lot of repetitive work, checking titles and looking over maps, but it is what we do. The building has a bit of a buzz to it during the day. We have been here long enough that we know the other people working on the same floor. It’s a steady routine of meetings, phone calls, and site visits around the district. We stay until the work is finished for the day, usually around six or seven.
