Om Sai Property & Interiors

We are set up in G 23 at the Greater Noida Shopping Plaza. It is right there on the Karna Surajpur Road in Site IV. Om Sai Property & Interiors is a bit of a mix because we don't just look at the walls, we think about what goes inside them too. The plaza is always a bit noisy with people coming and going for shopping. Our space is just a regular office where we keep our samples and files. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction happening in Greater Noida, but we keep it tidy enough. People drop in while they are out doing their errands. They might want to buy a shop in the plaza or maybe a flat nearby. We also talk to them about how to fix up their places. It is not some high-end design studio. We just use what works and what looks decent for a regular home. Most of the time, we are out on the road visiting sites or checking on workers. Gautam Budh Nagar is growing fast, so there is always something new to see. We just try to stay honest with people about what things cost and how long they take. It is a lot of coordination and phone calls. We’ve been at it for a while and just keep going one day at a time, making sure things get done right.
