Ncr Propsolution is over at Dharmapali Place, specifically in B-12 within Bhuja Market. If you know Atta in Noida Sector 27, you know how busy it gets around here. Our office is just a regular spot where we sit and handle property stuff. We’ve been in this market for a while now. It’s a noisy place with people always shouting and horns honking outside. We don't have a big team or fancy glass walls. It’s just a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit when they come to talk about land or shops. Usually, we are busy with paperwork or out meeting folks at different sites. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful. We spend a lot of our time just answering the phone and trying to keep track of who wants what. Noida has grown so fast, and Sector 27 is right in the middle of it all. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the window to get some light. We don’t do any of that corporate talk. We just tell people what we know about the local properties. If a place has a leakage or a legal issue, we just say it. It’s easier that way. Most of our day is just drinking tea and talking to neighbors or clients who drop by after finishing their shopping in the market nearby.
