Sultan Karim Dhaba

We set up Sultan Karim Dhaba right by the Sabzi Mandi in Tugalpur. It’s across from Janhit College, which means we see a lot of students every day coming in for lunch or tea. Being near the vegetable market is great because everything is close by, but it’s also very busy and loud most of the time. That’s just the atmosphere of a real dhaba. We don't have air conditioning or fancy chairs. It’s mostly benches and open air for everyone. People come here when they are hungry and want something that fills them up without any fuss. We’ve been in this part of Greater Noida for a bit now. The kitchen is always busy, and the smell of cooking fills the air around the market. We don't have a big staff, just a few guys who know how to handle the rush. It gets crowded in the evenings when people are done with work or classes. We don't do any fancy marketing or social media stuff. The food is there, the prices are plain, and the service is quick. We’ve had some long days here, especially when the weather is really hot or it’s raining hard and everyone is looking for cover. But the dhaba stays open. It’s a simple life running a place like this. We know many of our customers by face and what they like to eat. If you’re at the Sabzi Mandi or near the college, you’ll find us easily. It’s just a normal place for regular people to eat.
