Subway-Noida

Our place is in Sector 18, Noida, at B-14 in the main market. This market is huge and there is always something happening. We are right in the thick of it. Parking around here can be a real headache, so most of our customers are people already walking around the market. We have been at this location for some time. The shop is pretty standard. We have the usual counter and some chairs. It’s not meant for long stays, just a place to eat and go. We start our day by checking the stock and getting the ovens warmed up. The smell of the bread usually fills the shop by 10 am. We see a lot of students and young professionals because of all the offices in Noida. It gets really busy in the evenings when everyone is out for a stroll. We just try to keep the floors clean and the service moving. There’s no big secret to what we do. We just follow the steps and make the food as people ask for it. The 201301 area is always changing, with new shops opening and closing, but we’ve stayed put. It’s a simple job, really. We just show up, do the prep, and help the people who come in. We don't have any fancy posters or deals, just the regular menu that everyone knows. Some days are slower than others, but we stay open.
