You can find us at Shop No 108 in the Supertech Shoprix Mall over in Sector 61. We’re right across from the Flex Factory. Noida is a fast-paced place, and Sector 61 is no different. We opened Spice Of India because there wasn't a place nearby that served the kind of food we liked to eat with our own families. It’s a mall shop, so it’s not huge, but we’ve made the most of the space. The lighting is a bit bright, and it can get noisy with the mall crowds, but it’s got a good energy to it. We don’t use any of those pre-made pastes or frozen stuff. Everything is chopped and ground right here in the back. It makes a difference in the taste, even if it takes us twice as long to get ready for the day. My brother and I usually handle the main stuff, and we have a couple of guys helping us out with deliveries and cleaning. We’ve had some long nights here, especially when there’s a holiday or an event in the mall. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just us and the food. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up, or we run out of napkins, but we fix it and keep going. It’s a honest living, and we like the people we meet. It’s not a fancy life, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid.
