If you are coming from Mother’s Pride, we are just opposite that. It’s a busy little market area. We’ve got a grill that stays pretty hot all day long. The kitchen is small, so it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders. We don’t have a big team of fancy chefs. It’s just a few guys who know how to cook. We’ve been in this sector for a few years now. Most of our customers are people who work in the nearby offices or families from the apartments around here. We don’t do a lot of fancy stuff with the decor. Just some tables and chairs and a place to sit. Sometimes the market gets really crowded, especially in the evenings, and finding a place to park can be a real headache. We just try to get the food out to people as fast as we can. Our menu isn't very long. We just stick to what we know how to make. We don't have a social media manager or anyone to take pretty pictures of the food. It’s just us doing the daily work. We hope the food is enough to keep people coming back. It’s just a simple grill shop.
