Shudh Desi Dhabha

We are located in shop number Gf-1 at RS Plaza, right in the Rampur area of Beta 1. Being so close to the Greater Noida authority building means we get a lot of people stopping by during their lunch breaks or after they finish up with their paperwork. It’s a dhaba, so it feels exactly like you’d expect. We have the usual setup with simple benches and plenty of space for people to just relax for a minute. The road outside can get a bit dusty with all the construction and traffic in Noida, but we try to keep the inside as clean as possible. We start our day quite early, getting the fire started and prep work done for the lunch rush. It’s usually just me and two other guys running the whole show. We don't have a big menu with hundred items, just the stuff we know how to make well. Sometimes we have to tell people to wait a bit if the tandoor is full, but most folks don't mind. They just sit and talk while the food gets ready. It’s a straightforward business we’re running here. We don't have fancy lights or music, just the sound of the kitchen and people chatting. It’s a good spot if you’re around the Beta 1 area and just need a proper meal without any fuss or waiting in a long line at a mall.
