Our place is at E-1/215 Sonia Vihar Street No 6. It is a pretty narrow street so getting big trucks in here is always a bit of a problem. We have been operating from this spot for a good number of years now. We handle various supplies and general items that people in the neighborhood need. It is a family-run thing mostly. We don't have any corporate training or big slogans hanging on the walls. Mostly it is just us talking to customers who live a few streets away. The shop is a bit small but we manage to fit everything inside somehow. Sometimes the boxes are stacked up to the ceiling and we have to move three things just to get to one. It is a bit disorganized but we like it that way. Street No 6 is quite lively in the evenings. We see the same people every day walking their dogs or going to the market. We don't use any fancy software to track our sales. We just write things down in a big ledger book with a blue pen. If someone needs something we don't have, we just tell them to come back next week. We don't promise things we can't do. It is just a simple way to run a business in Sonia Vihar. We are usually here from early morning until the sun goes down. It's honest work and it keeps us busy.
