Khaitan Cement

We operate out of a house in Sector-44, Noida. It’s actually Vinod Sharma’s house, number 29 on Street 2 in Chhalera. Working with cement means things can get a bit messy, so it’s not the kind of place where you’d wear your best clothes. We deal with bags of cement and coordination all day long. The street is usually quiet, but it gets busy when we have deliveries coming or going. Being in a residential area like Chhalera makes it feel more like a local community business than some big industry giant. We know the neighbors and they know what we do. There isn't any fancy marketing team here; it’s just us answering the phone and checking the inventory. We spend a lot of time talking to builders and people just trying to fix up their homes. It’s practical work. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, but we get through it eventually. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just supply cement to people who need it to build stuff. The house is a bit old, but it serves us well for what we need. It’s a humble setup, and we prefer it that way because it keeps things simple. Noida is growing so fast, so there is always something happening around Sector-44. We just keep our small operation running smoothly from our little corner on Street No 2.
