Shan-Shokat Multicusine Restaurant

Our restaurant, Shan-Shokat Multicusine Restaurant, is tucked away in Sector 62 of Noida. We are right behind the B Block Market and quite close to Fortis Hospital, so we get a lot of people who are either working at the hospital or visiting someone there. The location is pretty busy during the day because of all the offices and the market nearby. We focus on cooking a variety of dishes because people in this area have different tastes. It’s not a fancy place with waiters in suits, just a regular spot where you can get a decent meal without much fuss. We start early to get the lunch preparations done because that’s when the rush really hits us. The kitchen is always humming with the sound of pans and the staff talking. We’ve been in Sector 62 for a while now and have seen the area grow quite a bit. It’s a lot of work to manage the deliveries and the people sitting in, but we have a small team that knows what they are doing. We don’t do a lot of talking about what we do, we just cook the food and serve it. Sometimes the market area gets very congested with cars, but people still find their way to us. It’s just a normal restaurant life with the usual daily chores of cleaning and prep work. We like being near the hospital because it feels like we are serving the local community.
