Shama Chicken Corner

Shama Chicken Corner is located in B-block of Sector 22 in Noida. Our address is RN-1. We are very close to Fortis Hospital. Being near a big hospital means we see people at all hours. Some are staff from the hospital and some are families who are there for a long time. We mostly do chicken dishes. It’s a small corner shop, nothing too big or fancy. We have a kitchen where we do all the cooking and a small area for customers. The neighborhood in Sector 22 is quite busy with houses and other shops. We have been here for a while. You can hear the sounds of the street and the hospital sirens sometimes. We keep our menu simple so we can get the food out quickly. People are often in a rush around here. We start our day by cleaning the chicken and getting the tandoor or the pans ready. It gets hot in the shop, especially in the summer. We don't have air conditioning, just some fans that push the air around. We are just a regular chicken corner. We don't do any delivery apps or anything like that, people just walk up and order. It’s an easy-going place. We just focus on our work and try to keep our customers fed. There is always a lot of washing to do at the end of the shift.
