Saffron Grill Restaurant

So we are over here in Sector 50, Noida. You can find us at B1/38 right in the Central Market. If you see the ICICI bank, we are just a short walk from there. It gets quite noisy around here during the weekends. We started this place because we wanted to do something of our own. The grill is usually going all day long. It gets hot in the kitchen, especially in the summer months when Noida feels like a furnace. Our staff is mostly local guys. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate thing. We just wear our aprons and get to work. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting outside and it gets a bit chaotic. We try to keep the tables wiped down. Sometimes a bulb flickers and we forget to change it for a day or two. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy. The menu is simple. We don't have a hundred things on it. Just what we know how to make. People from the nearby flats come by. We see the same faces every Tuesday and Friday. It’s nice to have regulars. We don’t spend much on advertising or anything like that. People just find us or they don't. We've been at this spot for a bit now and we’ve seen the market change. New shops come and go but we’re still here at Saffron Grill Restaurant.
