Rubaab Restaurant & Caterers

Up on the first floor of the Gamma Shopping Complex, that’s where you’ll find us. We are right above the Canara Bank in Jagat Farm, which is a pretty crowded spot in Greater Noida. Being Shop No 2, we’ve seen a lot of changes in this market over the years. Rubaab started out just doing small things, but now the catering side keeps us on our toes quite a bit. People in Noida like to host events, so we are often packing up crates and heading out to different sites. When we are back at the shop, it’s mostly about the lunch and dinner rush. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit of a climb if you’re tired, but people seem to find us anyway. It’s a busy environment with the bank downstairs and all the other shops around. We don't have a lot of space for sitting around, so it’s always moving. The kitchen gets hot, and there is always a lot of washing up to do. We aren't trying to be a five-star place, just a decent spot for a meal or to order food for a party. Most of our guys have been here since the start. It’s just how we do things in Greater Noida. The Jagat Farm area is always buzzing with students and families, so there's never a dull moment. We just keep the stoves going and hope for a good day.
