Royale Kebabz & Biryani

Our place, Royale Kebabz & Biryani, is located in Sector 41 of Noida. We are right near the HP petrol pump, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. There is another place called Bludd Restaurant nearby too. We mostly do kebabs and biryani. The kitchen gets really hot because of the tandoors and the big pots we use. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a lot of space, but we make it work. Most people in Sector 41 know where we are. We get a lot of workers and residents coming in during the evening hours. The smell of the charcoal usually lets people know we are open. We spend a lot of time marinating the meat and getting the rice just right. It’s not an easy job, and the hours are long. We start late in the morning and don’t finish until the last order is gone at night. The HP petrol pump across the way is always busy, so there is constant movement outside. We just stay focused on what is happening inside the kitchen. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel. We just provide food to people who are hungry and in the neighborhood. The tables are basic, and we don’t use any fancy napkins. It is just a local eatery where you can get a quick meal. We appreciate the people who stop by regularly.
