Refuel Restaurant

Refuel Restaurant is located at Shop No G 14 in the Krishna Apra Plaza, which is in the Alpha-1st commercial belt of Greater Noida. It’s a busy spot because of all the offices and the HDFC Bank nearby. We get a lot of people coming in for lunch during their work breaks. The plaza is always buzzing with people running errands or going to meetings. We chose the name Refuel because we wanted a place where people could just grab a meal and get back to their day. The interior is pretty basic, we have some metal chairs and simple tables. It’s not the kind of place you go for a fancy date, but it works for a quick lunch. Noida 201310 is a fast-growing area, and we have seen a lot of changes around Alpha-1 since we opened. The parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes, but that is how it is in the commercial belt. We have two cooks in the back and a couple of us helping out in the front. We keep the music low so people can talk. It gets really busy around 1 PM and stays that way until about 3. Then it quietens down until the evening shift. We aren't trying to be anything other than a decent place to eat. We just show up, open the shutters, and start the day like everyone else. It's a busy life but we enjoy it.
