You’ll find us in Greater Noida, specifically in the Jagat Farm area. We’re located right near the PNB Bank ATM, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for us for the first time. Jagat Farm is a busy market, lots of students from the nearby colleges and people living in the surrounding apartment sectors. Our restaurant is a simple place, just a room with some tables and chairs where you can get a regular meal. We’ve been at this spot in 201310 for some time now. The morning starts with us getting the supplies delivered and cleaning up the kitchen from the night before. We don't have a big corporate team or management; it's just a few of us doing everything from taking the orders to washing the floors. The noise from the market comes right inside when the door is open, so it’s never really quiet here during the day. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just open up, cook the food, and hope people like it enough to come back again next week. Sometimes the sink gets clogged or we have a bit of a wait for a table when the students come in all at once, but we do our best to fix things quickly. It’s a basic, honest business in a busy part of Noida. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep the kitchen running as smoothly as we can.
