Punjabi Pakwaan

We are Punjabi Pakwaan, and we are situated at Plot No-4 in Supertech Emrath Court. This is in Sector 93 of Noida, 201304. Being inside a big apartment complex like Emrath Court makes things a bit different for us. We see the same families every day. It’s a quiet area compared to the main Noida roads. Our kitchen is small but we keep it organized. We spend a lot of time cleaning the counters and washing the floors. The tiles are a bit old and have some cracks in them, but they are clean. We don't have a lot of space for people to sit, so many people just take their food back to their flats. We have a couple of small tables for those who want to stay. Sector 93 is a nice place to be. There are many trees and it’s not too loud. We have a routine that we follow every single day. We start by checking the supplies and then we get the stove going. The smell of the cooking fills the small space quickly. We don't have any fancy marketing or big ads. People just find us because they live nearby or they hear about us from a neighbor. It’s a very local way of doing things. We like it that way. It’s just us working hard to keep the place running for the people in Supertech Emrath Court.
