Proptigar

We are located at A 4 in Sector 4. It’s a simple spot, nothing too flashy. Proptigar is just the name on our door. The area around Sector 4 is mostly residential with some shops mixed in. We’ve been here for a couple of years now. The office is basically just one big room where we all sit. We have a small kettle for making coffee and a fridge that makes a weird humming noise. On most days, we’re just busy with paperwork and taking calls. The street outside is usually quiet in the mornings but picks up by the afternoon. We have some plants in the window, though we sometimes forget to water them. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day. We know the neighbors pretty well by now. Sometimes the mail gets delivered to the wrong house, so we have to go swap it. It’s a very local feel here. We don’t spend much on decorating or anything like that. We just focus on what needs to be done. Sector 4 has its own rhythm, and we’ve definitely fallen into it. It’s not a fancy corporate park, just a regular building at A 4. We like it that way because it’s easy to get to and it’s not pretentious. We just come in, do our work, and head home when the sun starts to go down. It is just a job at the end of the day.
