Our office for Propstudio Realtors Private Limited is at D-102 in Sector-10, Noida, which is right near the big HCL campus. It is a very busy industrial and commercial area, so there is always a lot of noise and movement going on outside our door. Finding the right building can be a little bit tricky sometimes because all the blocks in Sector-10 look similar, but D-102 is where we have set up our shop. It is a very straightforward and honest office space. We don't have any decorative plants or expensive artwork hanging on the walls. It is mostly just shelves full of files and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or meeting people who work nearby at HCL or other local businesses. The traffic in Noida can be a real pain during the day, so we are usually here early to beat the rush and we often stay until it finally dies down in the evening. We have a small corner for making coffee and a few extra chairs for when a whole family comes in to talk about a property they are interested in. It gets a bit noisy with the heavy trucks and cars passing by outside, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished sales pitch. We just know the local buildings and plots very well. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place.
