Propkings Realty LLP is located way up on the 11th floor of Spring Meadows, over in Greater Noida West. Being in Tower C1, unit 1103, gives us a pretty good view of Dadri and the surrounding Gautam Buddha Nagar area. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the new construction going on around here in the 201306 zip code. We spend a lot of our time just dealing with the daily tasks that come with real estate in Uttar Pradesh. The elevator ride up takes a minute, but once you’re here, it’s a fairly quiet place to work. It’s not one of those huge, cold offices you see in movies. It’s just us. We have our desks, our computers, and usually a lot of paperwork scattered around. People stop by sometimes to talk about the local market or just to ask questions about the neighborhood. Greater Noida West has changed so much lately, and being right in the middle of it at Spring Meadows means we see it all happening first-hand. We don't really have a scripted way of doing things. We just talk to people, try to be helpful, and keep the business moving. It gets hectic, sure, but that’s just how it goes when you’re working in this part of the world. We’re just local folks doing our jobs every day and making sure everything is handled properly.
