PROP FEVER PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of Flat No D1862 in 1st Avenue. This is inside Gaur City 1, specifically Plot No-GH01 in Sector 4. Greater Noida West is a place where you see cranes and half-finished buildings every time you look out the window. Our company, Prop Fever Private Limited, is tucked away in this residential tower. It’s a bit of a trek to get up here sometimes with the elevators being busy, but it’s a good spot to see what’s happening in the area. We have a couple of computers and a printer that jams more than it should. We spend our days tracking all the different properties coming up in Sector 4 and beyond. It’s a lot of data and talking to people on the phone. The atmosphere is just regular people trying to keep track of a fast-growing city. It’s not a corporate showroom with glass walls. It’s a flat where we do our work. We usually have lunch together and talk about how much the area has changed since the foundation was first laid. There is always someone coming in or out of the building. It’s a lively place to be, even if our daily tasks are pretty routine. We just keep the files organized and answer the door when someone knocks at 201301. We are right in the middle of all the noise and activity of Sector 4.
