Pro Rata Property is based over in Sector 16B, at C-001/A2. It’s a fairly easy place to find once you get into the sector, though the traffic near Gautam Buddha Nagar can be a bit of a headache during the morning rush. We’ve been working out of this office for a bit, focusing on the real estate scene around Noida. There isn’t a whole lot of mystery to what we do here. We just sit down with people, look at the property listings, and try to help them find something that fits what they’re looking for. It’s a small team, so you usually end up talking to the same one or two people every time you call or walk in. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials really, because we’d rather be out looking at the buildings than sitting behind a desk all day long. Noida is growing fast, and sometimes it feels like there’s a new project starting every week. We try to keep up with all that news so we can explain it to anyone who asks. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a local private limited company trying to make a living in the real estate world. Most of our work involves checking documents and visiting sites to make sure everything looks right. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, even when the weather isn't great for site visits.
