Prithvi Estates

Prithvi Estates is located over at Sector 34 A 134. We’ve been in this space for a good bit now. It’s a solid location and easy enough for people to find us if they are in the area. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through files and talking to people about local property. We don't have fancy decor or any of that expensive stuff. Just some sturdy chairs and a few old plants that we sometimes forget to water during the week. Most of our work involves keeping track of what’s available in the area and making sure the paperwork is in order for our clients. It’s a lot of detail work, which can be a bit dry, but it has to be done correctly. We get a fair amount of walk-ins since we are right there in Sector 34. The street outside can get a bit crowded during the lunch hour, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small crew that knows the local market and the buildings around here. We spend our time trying to be helpful without being too pushy about it. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a contract, but usually, we try to head out on time. The office has a certain smell of old paper and printer ink that you get used to.
