Pindori The Village Kitchen

You can find us at B-1/52 in the Central Market of Sector 50, Noida. We call it The Village Kitchen because we wanted to bring a bit of that simple, rustic feeling to the middle of the city. Noida is so full of glass buildings and fast cars, so having a spot in the market feels a bit more grounded. The space isn't huge, but we've tucked it into a corner where it feels a bit private. We spend a lot of time getting the kitchen ready every morning. There's a lot of grinding spices and slow cooking involved in what we do. It’s a lot of hard work, but we enjoy seeing people sit down and actually take their time with a meal. The Central Market is usually buzzing, so there is always something to look at out the window. We get a lot of families from the nearby apartments who don't feel like cooking at home. We try to keep things feeling familiar and not too corporate. The staff wears regular clothes, and we talk to our customers like neighbors. If a dish isn't exactly how you like it, we just fix it. No big deal. It’s just about serving good food in a part of Noida that can sometimes feel a bit too rushed. We're glad to be a small part of this neighborhood and we plan on staying right here in Sector 50 for a long time.
