Pepper Twist

Sector 29 in Noida is always buzzing. We’re tucked away at Shop 180 in the Ganga shopping complex. It’s a block-3 location, right on the main road, so you can't really miss it if you're walking around the complex. It gets really busy here in the evenings. Noida is a fast-paced place, and Sector 29 is no exception. We see a lot of office workers and young people who just want something to eat without a lot of fuss. The shop isn't very big, so things can get a bit cramped when it's full. We don't mind it, though. It makes the place feel alive. We’ve had this spot for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the shopping complex. The morning starts slow with prep work, and then by afternoon, it’s non-stop. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a kitchen and some tables. We deal with the usual stuff like power cuts or the water guy being late, just like any other business in Noida. It's a real place run by real people who just want to make a living. If you’re around the Ganga complex, you might hear us before you see us. It’s just the way it is in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
