We’re over in Arjun Nagar, specifically at O 91 in Sector 12. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of character. Oskan Realtors Pvt Ltd is based right here in the middle of it. You can hear the sounds of the market and children playing nearby throughout the day. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just drop in. We’ve got a couple of ceiling fans that work hard during the summer months. The floors are tiled and easy to sweep because a lot of dust comes in from the street. We keep our files in some metal cabinets against the back wall. It’s a very practical setup. Sector 12 has a lot of narrow lanes, so we usually park our scooters right out front. We’ve been at O 91 for a good while. We know the tea stall owner on the corner and the guy who fixes bikes down the road. It’s a community-oriented place. Most of our work is just keeping track of things in Arjun Nagar. We don’t have any big corporate policies or anything. We just handle things as they come. Sometimes it’s busy, and sometimes we just sit and watch the rain through the open door. It’s a simple life working here.
