Onion Rings

We are upstairs in Sector 41. It’s right above the Ferns N Petals shop in the C block market. We’ve been here for a bit now. People come in for snacks. It's not a big fancy place, just a kitchen on the first floor where we make stuff. Noida gets busy, but this corner of Sec-41 is okay. We spend most of the day getting orders ready. It can get a bit loud with the market noise outside. We just focus on the food we serve. It’s mostly locals who drop by or order from nearby. The stairs are right there by the flower shop. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us working together. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting around in the hallway. We try to keep things moving. It’s a simple setup, nothing too crazy. You might miss it if you aren't looking for the sign above the market shops. We like being in this part of town. The market has everything. We usually open up in the morning and stay late. It’s just how it goes. If you’re around C-11, you’ll see us. We’ve got the fryer going most of the time. It’s just a regular local spot. Nothing more to it than that. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It's just a place where we cook and try to get things out on time. We've been here for years and know the area well.
