Oh Buoy

We set up shop here in Sector 125, Noida, pretty close to the HCL building. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of office workers moving around all day. We decided on the name Oh Buoy because it sounded fun and a little different. The space is simple. We have some outdoor seating which is nice when the weather isn't too hot, though the Noida dust can be a bit much sometimes. Most of our regulars come from the nearby offices during their lunch breaks or right after they finish work. We serve a lot of quick bites and drinks. The kitchen is small, so we have to stay organized to keep up when everyone arrives at once. You can usually hear the sound of the blender or the grill going from the street. We don't have a massive menu, just things we know how to make well. Some days are quieter than others, especially on the weekends when the offices are closed. That’s when we catch up on cleaning and talk to the few people who wander in. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the security guards and delivery guys in the area. It’s just a regular neighborhood spot. Nothing too fancy, just a place to grab a snack and sit for a minute before heading back to the office or going home to the family. We just keep it simple and keep going.
