Nutrimealz

Nutrimealz is over in Gama-1 in Greater Noida. We are pretty close to Jagat Farm, which is where everyone goes for their shopping and errands. The shop is officially Shop No-1-H, but most people just find us by looking for the landmarks nearby. It is a bit of a student area, so we see a lot of young people who are living away from home for the first time. They usually come in looking for something that tastes like a proper meal instead of just snacks. The kitchen isn't very big, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time prepping vegetables and getting things ready before the lunch hour hits. It can get a bit chaotic when three or four delivery riders are waiting at the same time as the walk-in customers. The fans in the shop try their best to keep it cool, but Noida gets really hot in the summer months. We keep the stools wiped down and the menu is just written on the wall so people can see it easily. We don't do much in terms of decoration. It is more about getting the food onto the plates and making sure everyone gets what they ordered. Sometimes we chat with the regulars about the local news or the weather. It is just a small business trying to keep up with the daily rush of the neighborhood. We are usually here until the late evening when the last few customers finish their plates.
