Well Wisher Properties

We are located at 14 Sector 41, right in the C Block Market. Being in a market area means there is always someone passing by. It’s a busy little stretch of shops, and we’re just one of them. Well Wisher Properties has been sitting here in shop number 14 for quite some time. The office isn't very large, so we have to be careful about where we put things. We have a couple of desks and a small table for when people come in to chat. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking at the computer, trying to keep track of what’s available in the sector. It gets quite loud in the evenings when the market picks up, but during the day it’s not too bad. We have a small fan that wobbles a bit, but it does the job. There’s no fancy decor here, just some maps of the area pinned to the walls and a lot of folders. We like being in the middle of everything in Sector 41. You get to see everyone who lives around here eventually. We don't use any complicated systems, just hard work and a bit of patience with the paperwork. It’s a good way to stay connected to the community. Sometimes we just sit outside on a stool and watch the people go by when things are slow.
