Vinay Properties is based at 172 Sector 29 in Noida. We are situated right inside the Ganga Shopping Complex. Being near the Birla Soft Company means there are always a lot of people around during office hours. It’s a busy commercial area and there is always some noise. Our office isn't very large, but it's where we do all our work and keep our files. We’ve been helping people with property in Noida for quite some time now. Sector 29 has its own rhythm and we are a part of it. We deal with people looking for offices or homes in the blocks nearby. It’s a lot of meetings and showing people around different properties to see what they like. The shopping complex can get pretty crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks we have for the day. We don't use any fancy talk or corporate slogans to get attention. It's just about finding what fits for the person standing in front of us. We know the rules of the complex and the surrounding sectors quite well. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we expected, but we stick with it until it's finished. It’s a regular business run by local people who know the city. We are usually in the office during the day, so people can just drop by and talk. It’s a straightforward approach to real estate. We like being in the middle of Sector 29 and seeing the city grow.
