Vijay Properties

Vijay Properties is located right in Raj Nagar. It’s a neighborhood where everyone seems to know everyone else, which makes working here quite nice. Our office is a simple place. We’ve got a couple of desks, some chairs for when people stop by, and a calendar that we actually use to keep track of things. We don't go in for any of that high-pressure sales talk. Most of the time, we’re just chatting with folks about what’s available in Raj Nagar and what might suit them. We’ve lived and worked around here for a long time, so we know which streets are the quietest and where the new shops are opening up. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, answer the phone, and take people to see houses or plots. Sometimes it’s a bit slow, and we just sit and drink tea while looking out the window. Other days, we’re running from one end of Raj Nagar to the other without a break. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. We think that’s the best way to do it. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it keeps us busy. We like the local vibe of the area and wouldn't really want to be anywhere else. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out.
