Our work mostly keeps us out around Phase II by the Yamuna Express. We spend a lot of time looking at the new allotment plots in Sector 2, 3, and 4. It is a big area that is still developing, so there is a lot of open land and construction going on. We do not have a fancy glass office in the city. Instead, we are usually out where the actual land is, meeting people on-site so they can see exactly what they are getting. It is a lot of driving around and checking boundary markers. The wind can get pretty strong out there across the open fields. We deal with a lot of people who are looking to invest in these new sectors or build something for the future. It is mostly just us and a few maps, explaining which plot is where and how the sectors are laid out. Since it is a newer area, things change fast. One week it is just dirt and the next there is a new fence or a road being paved nearby. We try to stay on top of the latest news from the allotment office so we can tell people the right thing. It is honest work, mostly just being out in the sun and talking to folks about what they want to do with a piece of ground. We have seen this place grow quite a bit lately and we just keep tracking the new plots as they come up.
