The Super Properties

You can find The Super Properties on the first floor of the Ansal Fortune Building. The address is 61 Sector 18. It is a busy building with lots of different companies, so there is always people coming and going. Our office is just a simple room with some chairs and a few desks. We have been in Sector 18 for a while and we know the area pretty well. We don't have any fancy technology or expensive decor. It’s just a place where we do our work and meet with people who are looking for property. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work, so we have to use the stairs, which can be tiring. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us because they are already in the Ansal Fortune Building for something else. We just try to be honest and tell people what we know about the local market. It is a straightforward business without any corporate fluff. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking through our notebooks. Sector 18 is a good place to be because there is always something happening. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with all the new listings. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We are just a small team trying to do our best at number 61. People know where to find us upstairs and it is just how we operate.
