Soni Real Estate

The office where we work is located at 404 Sector 18. It’s a straightforward location and easy enough to get to if you are in this part of the city. We have been running Soni Real Estate from this same spot for quite a while now. The place is pretty plain, just a spot to sit down and go over the details of different properties. We don’t have any big posters or fancy lights. It is just a workspace where we handle the day-to-day tasks. Sector 18 is a busy area, so there is always something happening outside the window. We get all kinds of people coming in. Some are looking for a small apartment, others want to sell a bit of land, and some just want to know what the prices are like lately. We don’t give them a sales talk or use those polished phrases you hear in commercials. We just speak plainly and tell them what the current situation is. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and maps, but we know where everything is. We take things as they come and try to give everyone a fair bit of our time. It is not a glamorous job, but we like the routine of it. We are just regular people working in a regular office, trying to keep the property business moving along without any fuss. It works for us and for the folks we meet.
