Siddhant Properties. You can find us in Sector 18, over at Chokani Square. We’re on the 5th floor, specifically at office number 502. Sector 18 is a pretty hectic place, especially with all the shops and people around. We deal with properties, so our day is mostly about talking to buyers and sellers and trying to find a middle ground. It’s not always easy. The office is a functional space. We have some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of folders full of property listings. We aren't into the whole corporate polish thing. We just talk like normal people and try to be honest about what’s available. Some days we are out showing flats and plots, and other days we’re stuck here doing the paperwork. Chokani Square is a well-known spot, so it’s easy for people to drop in. We get all kinds of visitors, from people looking for their first home to investors who know exactly what they want. It can get a bit loud outside, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. We’ve been working in this area for a bit, so we know the local market pretty well. It’s a lot of legwork and staying on the phone. We don't promise the world, we just show you what’s there and help with the process. We hope people find what they are looking for without too much stress.
